Acceptable Use Policy

  • What is your policy on adult content?
    • We do not allow:
      • Adult content on our servers
      • Racial text or
      • Links to any adult content and racial pages.
      • Please review our policies here.

  • Can I have a public FTP server?

    • American Discount Web Hosting doesn’t allow public FTP servers for security reasons. We only provide a private FTP for maintaining your web site.
    • As an alternative we suggest offering files directly from your web site.

  • Can I resell my web space to others?

    • American Discount Web Hosting does not allow subleasing www.yourcompany.com/client or free web space given to other clients.

    • We are offering very competitive rates which should appease anyone who needs web space. Finally, we must put a restriction on subleasing because of the obvious abuse that could occur with unlimited storage and bandwidth.

  • What is your policy on Spam?

    • We do not tolerate Spam from any website hosted on our servers.
    • If a website or our email services are being used for Spamming purposes by any customer that customers website will be terminated without notice and without further access to any services.

  • Does ADWH provide support for applications installed on my site?

    • ADWH does not support any site applications. This includes those applications provided as a service via the hosting control panel.
    • However we do not mind trying to help you work out any issues related to the hosting service and your application.
