time. However, Microsoft no longer supports this software, so use and buy it at

What is a WYSIWYG?
WYSIWYG stands for "What You See Is What You Get". These types of programs make is easier for people to build their own web sites since as the acronym implies, they can design a site by... well... Sight and not need to know any programming at all. Usually the end result is very simplistic, but satisfies the needs of most site amateur owners.

No. You can use a simple text editor or another type of HTML
or WYSIWYG editor like Dreamweaver and the CoffeeCup html editor.
